Oops! The phone rang at 10:00 this morning. It was a dad wondering if I was at the office, and if so, why his son couldn't get it. Didn't I remember the Josh was on the schedule from 10:00 to 12:00?

Well, the truth is I didn't realize Josh was scheduled to come it today at all. It was a miscommunication. I dressed in record time and made it to the office by 10:20. Whew!

This turned out to be good, because by 12:30, I had earned a couple of dollars and I was already at the office. I made great progress on my SAT syllabus -- enough to be able to design an SAT flyer. I also updated and printed some general tutoring flyers and business cards. I worked until 5:30.

Now, if I can just keep from getting chained to this computer for the evening, maybe I can tackle just ONE THING on my list. Any list. Pick one. Tutoring. Writing. Home. Rental. Writing conference wrap-up. No shortage of lists and items on lists.

In keeping with this new regimen, I just might work out with weights again this evening. I lifted Thursday evening for the first time in months. And I'll run in the morning -- longer than 8, I hope.

Tomorrow is house cleaning day!
